Theme - Hollywood Met Gala

The event is open to Juniors, Seniors, and their respective dates. Freshmen and guests 20+ will not be allowed. Please bring a copy of your ticket (mobile or print) with your ticket's QR code visible and ready to scan at the door to gain admission. Tickets must be ordered by April 18, 2025.

ATTENDANCE

Per the student handbook, students who have missed more than 12 days in any class are ineligible to purchase a prom ticket. Students on the extracurricular ban list are ineligible to purchase a ticket.

Extracurricular Ban = 6 days of OSS and/or more and 11 days of ISS or more.

COST

The cost will be $40 per person until 12/31. Tickets are non-refundable.

Beginning January 1st, this price will be increased to $50.

Beginning March 1st-April 18th, tickets will be increased to $60.

PURCHASING

Only Juniors/Seniors will be allowed to purchase one ticket using their ALBHS student ID number. Juniors/Seniors wanting to purchase another ticket for a date that is an ALBHS student will need to make a separate transaction with a guest ID number. All non-ALB guests will need to fill out a form prior to tickets being purchased. TICKETS MUST BE PURCHASED BY April 18th.

TICKETS FOR GUESTS

A.L. Brown Juniors and Seniors will be allowed to bring one guest. All guest prior approval forms are due no later than April 4, 2025. Tickets may be purchased after approval using a special code. The guest must be approved by A. L. Brown administrators if they are not Juniors or Seniors at A. L. Brown.

ALBHS Early Graduate Approval Form

All forms must be printed as they require signatures. All forms will be reviewed by ALBHS's Admin Team. Once the guest is approved, the code will be shared with the ALBHS student for ticket purchase. All guests must present a valid ID with their form above.

Guests may not be a freshman at any high school or 20 years old or above. Any guest cannot be currently suspended from ALBHS, their home school district, or be on any extracurricular policy ban. A. L. Brown reserves the right to deny entry to any guest.

FOOD

Hors d'oeuvres and drinks will be provided.

SAFETY

This is a school event. All rules and regulations will remain the same for this event for all guests present. There will be no re-entry. Metal detectors will be utilized for all guests and as needed, guests will be wanded. Bags brought into the event will be checked. No guests will be admitted after 9:00 PM.

Event Policy: Please bring a digital or printed copy of your ticket to the gate to be scanned for admission. All ticket sales are final, with the lone exception of an event cancellation. Tickets purchased for events that are postponed or re-scheduled will be honored at the new time and date of the event. - This event has a no refund policy.

This season pass is valid for one entry into any A.L. Brown home sporting event in the 2024-25 Spring athletics calendar, excluding postseason events. Non-transferable.
